2. Description of Service

Enginuity is an online test preparation platform designed for CBSE Grade 10 students. The Service provides practice tests, performance analytics, and educational content for Mathematics, Science, and English subjects.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Subscription and Payment

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of initial purchase

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or sell any content from the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Enginuity, including questions, explanations, graphics, and software, is the property of Enginuity and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Enginuity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
